‍ ‍ Rates Schedule;

Hourly rate Crane + Operator - $150.

Hourly rate Dogman hire - $100.00

Minimum hire time 2 Hours

Fuel Levy 10% on Crane rate.

Minimum hire times apply to all jobs and will be inclusive of travel times, charged Depot to Depot.

Delays, standby and waiting times caused by site condition, weather or other trades are chargeable.

Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice may incur a flat rate fee of $150.00+GST.

All invoices will be billed based on actual docket times not estimated quote times.


General Terms & conditions

1. Wet Hire

‍ ‍All crane hire is supplied on a wet hire basis only and remains under the control of Moreton Bay Cranes Pty Ltd ( The Company )

2. Site Access & Ground Conditions

‍ ‍The Hirer is responsible for providing safe site access and suitable ground conditions for crane operations.

The Company accepts no responsibility for damage caused by ground failure, subsidence, soft ground or unstable surfaces.

3. Underground Services

‍ ‍The Hirer is responsible for identifying all underground services, trenches, pits, voids or concealed hazards prior to crane operations.

4. Property & Surface Damage

‍ ‍ To the fullest extent permitted by law the Company is not responsible for damage to driveways, paths, paving, lawns, underground services or other damages resulting from crane operations where ground conditions or subsurface conditions fail

5. Powerlines & Electrical Hazards

‍ ‍The Hirer must advise the Company of any overhead powerlines or electrical hazards on or near the worksite prior to work commencing.

6. Exclusion Zones & Public Safety

‍ ‍The Hirer is responsible for keeping unauthorised persons clear of crane operations unless otherwise agreed with the Company.

7. Load Information

‍ ‍The Hirer is responsible for providing accurate load weights, dimensions and lifting information prior to lifting operations.

8. Unsafe Conditions / Stop Work Authority

‍ ‍The Company reserves the right to refuse or stop work where conditions are considered unsafe including weather, ground instability, unsafe loads, inadequate access or unsafe work practices.

9. Weather & Site Delays

‍ ‍The Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, access restrictions, other contractors or circumstances outside the Company’s control.

10. Recovery / Bogging Costs

‍ ‍Any recovery, towing or associated costs resulting from unsuitable site conditions, access or bogging may be charged to the Hirer.

11. Damage During Operations

‍ ‍To the fullest extent permitted by law the Company will not be liable for damage caused by inaccurate information supplied by the Hirer including site conditions, underground service locations or load weight which could result in damages caused by lifting operations.

12. Payment Terms

‍ ‍Payment is due in accordance with agreed trading terms. Overdue accounts may incur recovery costs and interest
